All federal court cases filed on behalf of women who have been injured because of a transvaginal mesh device manufactured by AMS, Boston Scientific and Johnson & Johnson will be consolidated for discovery in the Southern District of West Virginia before the Honorable Joseph R. Goodwin.  Chief Judge Goodwin has been overseeing all cases filed against the manufacturer Bard for several months.
